Very efficient

PNW Family Law helped me with a parentage case in Benton County. They did everything correct. I am very happy with them. I feel very happy with their services.

After consulting with several attorneys, I almost gave up. I had already worked with an attorney from out of town and just ended up paying for something that never was resolved nor approved. I heard about George and booked an appointment. He took my case and ask me for so much paperwork that I thought was a little excessive. I'm so glad he did because I got the approval that I needed and that had waited 8 years for. I'll be forever grateful and recommend to anyone that needs help. George moreno is very professional with great advice and strategy. I say this because I thought I had a case that was impossible, but he helped me and guided me thru it and with his help I managed to get back to my family after 13 long years. I highly recommend him to anyone.

When my husband and I were fighting for custody of my step-daughters Mr. Kinshella advocated for the safety and wellbeing of our children. I stood up to the opposing party who wanted to play the victim card and make this situation all about her, not about the children. Without Scott, we would have difficulty would not have won this case. I would use Scott for any legal issues I may face and I highly recomend him for your legal needs.

Do not go with this firm. I paid over 9,000 dollars and My lawyer Scott Kinshella, I feel, did close to nothing for me in my case. He would take sometimes over a week just to respond to an email or not even respond at all. He didn't take the time to really inform me of the possible outcomes of the case. He often gives bad advice. The worst transgression was that he told me that I could not be involved in an important hearing by phone in my case when it turns out I could be. So, my ex wife got to be at the hearing but not me, because he erroneously told me that I could not be apart of it. I normally don't feel comfortable writing negative reviews, but this is people's lives we are talking about. There are many other better law firms out there in Tri cities. Don't make the mistake I made by not doing my research.
