We worked with Dave on a construction defect claim and resolved the case faster and at lower cost than expected. Unlike my experience with other law firms, Dave was very upfront about presenting the potential cost and schedule based on different scenarios which helped us greatly to make a right legal decision. His staffs were equally helpful in supporting the case. Highly recommended in all construction defect claim cases.

We hired Dave von Beck regarding a property line issue involving our house and an adjacent property. Dave had a thorough understanding of our problem and how to resolve it. Communication with Dave was easy. He was always extremely fast to answer our questions or to update us with case developments. One additional issue that arose was our title insurance initially denying our claim. Dave worked tremendously hard on our behalf and was able to get the title insurance to be involved. We are extremely happy with how this property line issue was resolved and never thought it would have ended in such a great way for us. I hired Dave to represent my wife and I during a single-family home remodel that had gone off the rails. Initially, we were seeking expert counsel to help us navigate terminating our contract with a delinquent contractor. With Dave's help, we successfully ended this contract, developed a case against the contractor, filed suit and settled out of court. Dave and his team listened to our concerns and gathered meticulous details. He was readily available via phone and email throughout the duration of our representation. Although his fees are higher than some of the other Lawyers I initially sought out, his counsel was worth every penny. Dave was fair, transparent and detailed in his billing. His website uses good software, allowing us to upload documents and photos, saving us time and money. We were able to provide all relevant information, securely over the internet and only met with Dave on our site, never in his office, although the option was available to us had we wanted that. Dave helped us get our project back on track. After a year of stressing out over the delinquent contractor, we began to sleep easier, knowing Dave and his team were fighting for us. We are now back in our house and moving on with our lives. I honestly don't think we'd be where we are now (physically, financially, emotionally) without Dave and his team.

I cannot say enough great things about this firm. I worked with Dave, but it seems the whole firm pitched in to get this thing done pronto. We received our settlement in less than a month, check in hand, and made a quick file at my request due to statue of limitations concerns on a real property title issue. I am an attorney, but not this kind, and I feel fortunate to have just stumbled on this firm. I now refer my clients to this firm for their real property issues (already referred one person). My neighbors and I hired Dave and his firm after trying unsuccessfully to get the contractor who built our houses in 2015 to correct significant construction defects. Dave got us a remarkable settlement, especially considering the state of the contractor's insurance and corporate structure, his general unwillingness to work with us, multiple, unreachable subcontractors, and other assorted difficulties. Dave is highly professional, practical, responsive, effective, and committed to doing right by his clients. His staff is pleasant and efficient. His services are expensive; he is mindful of this and careful with his clients' money. During our engagement, we also interacted with Katie Comstock.
