HKM and especially Jason Rittereiser are amazing. After 2 years of being told by friends and others who experienced the same, that my situation was hopeless, and after an attorney botched my case, as well as after a number of law firms turned my case down, I came upon a case online that was successfully resolved. It had some similarities to my own. The law firm cited in the case was HKM Employment Attorneys LLP. I contacted them and spoke with Mr. Rittereiser. He seemed to instantly cut through the morass and focused like a laser through the overwhelming muddle between Independent Contractor/Employee status. A few months later my case was resolved. Can you imagine the elation felt in going from 2 years of certain hopelessness to a positive resolution of my case? Well, I owe my gratitude to Mr. Rittereiser and HKM. His tenacity and personal attention to my case was amazing.
