Although I had some hiccups at first getting through to their team, once I had the contact information for their actual team members they were friendly and helpful with providing advice and guidance. It might make sense to add a more personal touch to your lead collection providers to avoid frustrating customers in the future.

HKM has been the biggest blessing. I have never been someone to sue, but after what happened to me I trusted HKM to help me in getting the justice I deserved. If you are ever in need of representation I couldn’t recommend HKM higher. They are absolute professionals at what they do, and if your ever in need give them a call!

Didn't call me back right away and couldn't pronounce the lawyers names correctly, unprofessional. Not helpful at all & didn't even have a care about it. Not happy at all. Wouldn't recommend.

I called this office to see if the work with clients who have a right to sue letter with the eeoc and they couldn't even answer me yes or no. They wanted all my information and a whole case history which I'm not willing to give unless I know the law firm is a firm that typically does this. I don't have time to waste and you just possibly lost out on a client for a simple yes or no to proceed. They could be great or could be awful I don't know but if you can't answer yes we are skilled in this I don't need or have time to give you much more information. Next.
