When we first got started the communication was great. Made a payment and all communication fell through. Can’t get anyone to answer phone calls or emails.

Hired Brian & Jessie over 6 months ago for a job they said would take 3 months. this issue is still not resolved, nor can I get any communication. It typically takes 10 attempts over the course of weeks trying to get ahold of them before they ever respond. I am 6 months into a terrible experience with next to zero communication, no progress & I have paid them in full. What ever happened to integrity?

The entire process of getting my firearm rights restored was about 5 mo. I hired Zuanich Law Nov 2021, my rights were restored Apr 2022, and received my CPL Dec 2022 (I didnt apply until months after the restoration due to life events going on). Brian & Jessie were great with handling my case and prompt with responses. Prior to posting my review, I read a few negative reviews about their firm and I feel people need to realize that EVERYONE experience life's mishaps and the team at Zuanich Law is not exempt. We all get sick, things come up in our lives that can require immediate attention, and I seriously do not believe it was Brian's or Jessie's intent to not provide immediate assistance to those who have paid for services and didn't see it through 100%. From my personal experience, I highly recommend Zuanich Law, PLLC. Thanks again Brian & Jessie!
