Finding a competent yet reliable family law attorney can be daunting. Brian Edwards came in to my case late stage and was fantastic. We were up against a notoriously litigious attorney whose goal was to bully and intimidate. Brian has a commanding and confident demeanor and an integrity that instills confidence and calm among the stress and chaos of divorce. He is very responsive and communicates all possible outcomes and options thoroughly. He is quick thinking and methodical in trial, and with very little time to get caught up on my case, he was incredibly thorough. Brian picked up on all the inconsistencies, and after a grueling and traumatizing divorce experience, watching him hold the other team accountable for their behavior and gaining a favorable outcome for me was incredibly validating and healing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and feel blessed to have found him. I also appreciate Susan in accounts for her kind words of support.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We hired McKinley Irvin to help with difficult DV situation and divorce for our daughter. We were assigned to Caitlin Royse. Brent Bohan represented us at the first hearing, he was great and great at communicating. After that, commincation was difficult and then Caitlin kept bleeding us dry on unnecesssary motions, not giving her options on how to proceed. Whe she did ask for specific motion, we had to force her to file it, and then she talked her out of it. We had to discuss with one of the partners, David Bascoe, how we felt our case was being handled a few times. We did not get very far with that. The firm only wanted their exorbitant trial retainer. When it came close to the trial, they withdrew and didn't even let her know that her restraining order was expired. They didn't offer to reinstate either. They will bleed you dry and leave you just before trial when you can't get any other firm to represent because there isn't enough time. DO NOT RECOMMEND - STAY AWAY FROM THEM - THEY HAVE NO ETHICS

Nathan and Lauren did a spectacular job on my divorce. I had an extremely difficult ex-wife and they were prepared for everything she and her attorney tried. I can't articulate just how good a job they did. The settlement was better than I could have imagined. If I could give them 20 stars I would, I recommend them to anyone. They were truly spectacular!!!

Kim Schnuelle and her team are top notch legal professionals. Kim took her time in the initial consultation to give me a thorough explanation of the divorce process, and what the timeline would look like. We worked together to set realistic expectations for the settlement, and accomplished this in a very efficient and cost-effective manner. Kim, Rachel and Christine were always quick to respond if I had a question or concern, which was very reassuring during an incredibly stressful life situation. I really felt like they had my back! We finalized the settlement in mediation, Kim being very skilled in working to get the best possible outcome for me through her exceptional negotiating skills. Going through divorce is a devastating and daunting experience. Brent and his team of paralegals helped navigate the emotional tinderbox of this process with expert legal knowledge and experienced understanding of case law. When faced with outlandish claims and requests from opposing counsel Brent and his team remained composed and professional bringing calm to the situation and helping me follow their example. In the end we reached a reasonable and rational result which was miles from where we started. I hope I’m not in a position to need Brent’s expertise in the future but his friendly and competent staff are highly recommended to those that do.
