I came to Tim facing my third DUI in the last 6 years. I had seen a few other lawyers before meeting with Tim who all told me essentially the same thing. That I was SOL. When I met with Tim he told me I might be SOL but that there were still ways that I could come out of it OK. He was very up front about what I would need to do in order to have a chance and he set up a plan for me. Almost a year later the charge was reduced and I didn't do any jail time. Even I didn't think I deserved that good of a deal. Tim was honest, a good communicator and almost everything he told me would happened. I hope I never have to see him again but I highly recommend him to anyone that thinks he has a hopeless case.
