I worked with Dean in 2003 and 2005. In 2003 he helped me with a horrible home contractor. Dean helped me make it clear I wasn't going to spend money for work that was never done. In 2005 Dean helped me draft an easement for a sewer line. Each time I worked with Dean I found him to be knowledgeable, clear and reasonable. I recommend him without reservation.
