I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees. Incredibly frustrating experience. I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them. I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

I'd like to thank William Reingold for beautifully handling my daughter's divorce appeal case. His professionalism, legal knowledge and compassion brought a horrible situation to a successful end. We both highly recommend Mr. Reingold.

Will Reingold is the one to add to your team. I recently went through a lengthy, and costly divorce. I have never dealt with the legal system and like many (I assume), I was immediately overwhelmed and confused on the choices and how to navigate and process it all. The immense stress that comes along with events such as this create a multitude of daily feelings of being both defeated and tired, and some days driven and optimistic along with everything in-between. When my divorce wrapped up following our two day trial, I thought I was finally done, and could fully embark on the future. I was relieved the stressful, and costly process was a chapter in life that was now behind me. I was wrong. Shortly after the trial, I learned that my ex decided to appeal the judges decision. I had no idea that this was even something that existed, and once I educated myself a little on it, I quickly learned that the appeal process is something to not take lightly. I tried at first to handle things myself, but was quickly humbled by the appellant court when I submitted my first response. In a of a panic, due to the deadlines, I called a bunch of different law firms for help. Thankfully, Will is a part of one of the firms that I decided to call. Out of the gate, Will not only met me with professionalism and an abundance of knowledge in this particular field, but was so impressive and comforting with his natural humanity and compassion for my situation. From the first conversation, I felt as if I had just gained an incredible friend by my side, ready to take this challenge on. Throughout the process, I could always reach him with any and all questions. He was available and ready for it all. When I read what he had put together for the court on my behalf, I was moved to tears because I could tell that he understood the story, the struggles, the unfair nature of it all, and put everything in to ensure the court could see it too. For people like myself that have no knowledge of the legal system, I am sure they would agree that it is DAUNTING. Knowing who to trust and put funds into is a hard choice. Will is your guy. Jamie Polito Johnston was my divorce lawyer who calmly and professionally steered me through it in a demeanor of calm professionalism and at times, needed humor and assurance. Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. If you are looking for someone to do excellent work for you, you will be hard pressed to find a better writer than Will.

Update: I'm knocking it down to two stars because I've noticed everytime I add info to the Tracy Sadler situation James Blankenship gets in contact with me a few days later and jeopardizes my situation further. This is not normal, responsible and helpful behavior from an adult. So I'm moving this down from three to two. Sperry and Ebberson, please don't hire people that can't fulfill promises, can't take criticism, and don't believe women. I really trusted them as a vulnerable person and they didn't deserve any of that trust in the end very similar to the incompetent atrocity at Sadler's firm but not quite as bad. Original three star review: The firm tried to help and I appreciate that. Ultimately DARVO knocked them out comprehension wise though which is really not an advanced concept. Consistently said going with the perpetrator's positional narrative as opposed to the objective evidential exhibition for victims in this manner is pretty much as close to actual true evil as it gets and the firm continued on that path anyway. Without the faculties it requires, I've learned in these cases educating becomes mere arguing when it shouldn't be. That said if it didn't baffle a lot of people as much as it baffled them Putin's Russia would've lost a long time ago. Truly would've expected more bravery, grit, advanced analytical rigor and excellence out of a five star firm. But I have higher standards than their previous clientele I guess. It is what it is. Thanks for trying...not who I would go to for winning your case though with tenacity and passion. No thanks in the future, Lasher.

With its team and effort, Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson is spectacular. Having the team on your side, you will feel secured! I had a case with Sean Small and fighted for years and he was always thinking ahead and prepared for numerous situation. Not only he supported and fought for the case but also he and his team had supported me mentally. Which was the most toughest time I had in my life. Sean is very hard working and super sharp. Sean had beautifully solved the case and now my life is bright and I am enjoying my work and time spending with my family. I would never want this situation in my life again but if I do, I have Sean and Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson and I am set for the unexpected event. The price is not cheap, but you get what you paid for and you will not go wrong with them!
