Dysfunctional and unprofessional. Seth is a tyrant. The attorney I was working with at Seattle litigation walked out of the firm because of how mismanaged it is by Seth. Do not waste your time with Seth Rosenberg.

Seattle Litigation Group is my go to law firm. I am an attorney but even lawyers need lawyers. I go to these guys for all issues relating to civil litigation. If they can’t take your case, they will give you a referral to someone who can help.
The attorneys are competent and responsible. But most of all, they care and take time to understand your specific needs. We all have different needs and they know that.
I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs competent representation.

Mr. Rosenberg offered me a free consultation for an employment matter and ultimately said that he could help me, but I would be better suited
with another law firm. I very much appreciated him taking the time and I valued his honesty. These virtues are hard to come by in Seattle.

I had two attorneys at this firm working on my employment matter. Ariella Wagonfeld handled the meat of the case then Seth took over at the end. I felt like I got really lucky with Ariella, not only is she responsive, she takes her time to really understand the issues. She makes you feel heard and validated. Seth on the other hand is direct and honest in his approach. He tells you the facts and respects your wishes. My employment matter got complex and it didn't phase them at all. They pushed back and got to the bottom of the matters. This firm is top notch.
