Highly recommend Skidmore and Fomina. Clive Pontusson was my attorney, he is a top notch lawyer who truly cared about being able to help with my case. He kept me updated and informed the whole way through. I hope I never need another lawyer, but if I do, I’m gonna call Clive.

This firm has all 5 stars for good reason, and I chose to reach out because of the reviews. I called and first spoke with Damien and even though my case had several layers he was able to grasp everything right away and we hit it off. I could tell that he would be able to organize my case expertly, and he knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me in detail, and simplified my case for me to easily understand the options. I knew I was in good hands immediately! Next I spoke with Vera, and she is obviously an expert in employment law, but more than that, she is an expert in strategy. She explained what our options were, and we discussed the best way to proceed. She was correct about each step and approach. She knows when to be aggressive, and when to negotiate. I have had to use an attorney a few times in my life, and none of them compare to Vera’s natural ability to leverage the law. Knowing that this team had my back was more than a relief, and I was so grateful that I called them. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and patiently relayed options that we agreed would be the best way to move forward. In the end, they expertly navigated a best case scenario for me and I could not be happier. Call this team, they genuinely care about getting you the best outcome and will work to make it happen!

These guys really know what they’re doing! Before we met, I was at the end of my rope. Being fired in the midst of one of the deadliest pandemics in history and having three young children to take care of would be daunting for anyone, but after being introduced to the team at Skidmore and Fomina, I was finally able to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Clive was amazing. He was there for every question I had and constantly had my back (even after the settlement—when I was forced to appeal the ESDs decision to revoke my unemployment benefits for the year). Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to stand up for me (the “little man”).

10/10 highly recommended. Kelsey Ault is amazing... through all the struggles of COVID she was diligent and she got the case dismissed... amazing law firm.

I’d recommend this firm to any person looking for any legal help or advice. I live in Arizona and got in trouble in Washington 8 years ago. I contacted Horwath Law and from day 1 they treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. I was able to handle this situation from outta state and never worried once about the status of my case because of this firm. Even with COVID-19 going on they worked with me on a finical level but most importantly on a legal aspect. 10/10
