Initially it took over a month for HKM to tell me that they were not going to take my case. However, after my initial review one of their lawyers Jason Rittereiser reached out to me to discuss my case. Jason was great and even though they still were not able to help me, because of the way the law works, I would still recommend him.

I had an excellent experience working with HKM. I worked with Rachel throughout one of the most difficult experiences I’ve encountered, and I must say, she and her team helped me to feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process, from support through depositions, detailed explanations of legal paperwork, to phone calls just to check in on how I was doing. HKM attorneys truly care for their clients and it is evident. Their expertise and professionalism are impressive, but they also treat you like a human being, and a friend. Mark is a professional, savvy and highly capable attorney. Our startup hired Mark a little over a year ago to manage our trademark registration. We knew very little about the process and what it entailed, but Mark patiently walked us through all of the options including fees. He also tracked important dates and deadlines for us and would circle back when action was required. Some attorneys are only concerned about billing time or checking off tasks, but Mark goes beyond.
