As a one time Canadian citizen, one would think getting your US Green Card and eventually US citizenship would be easy! Or so I thought. Yes, one can certainly apply on your own but as I saw all the intensive work Andrew and his staff put in on my behalf I am so glad I trusted this group with my applications with USCIS! Everyone was professional, competent, patient and persistent to assist me with my applications and that they were there for me all the way through from beginning to successful end! Their attention to detail and ensuring that everything would go smoothly instilled in me a lot of confidence with this team and I am so glad I chose this law office with both my Green Card and Naturalization applications. I have been thinking about obtaining citizenship for over 40 years. I started to file the N-400 form by myself at first. The previous N-400 form was so cumbersome. It required much information that was in my old passports and I could not locate them at the time. Then, on and off, I tried to complete the form several times. I was not much moving forward until I found Mr. Andrew Oliver. At my age (late 70s), I needed someone to motivate me and move me in a right direction. Mr. Andrew was so helpful in guiding me filing the N-400 form. His staff member Suzanne Tierney was very helpful also and was very patient with me. They were always very prompt answering my emails. After I received the notice from the Homeland Security Office for my naturalization interview schedule, Mr. Oliver spent several hours with me to prepare for my interview. I practiced my interview with him. I am truly glad that I had the opportunity to practice my interview with him. All of his advice and suggestions were very valuable. Mr. Oliver was very patient with me. My interview went well and I am now a U.S. Citizen. Without his guidance, I might be sitting in a different situation. Thank you very much, Mr. Oliver.

Andrew Oliver and his assistance Silvia and Joryson helped to successfully gain my permanent resident status in order to live together with my husband. He and his assistants could not have been more helpful, punctual, understanding and met all of our needs. The process with immigration was extremely stressful due to the epidemic and politics at the time. He took a lot of our stress away by being extremely accommodating with alternative ways of communication. They all ensured things were done correctly and we felt very supported. He genuinely cares about what he is doing and we could tell every time we talked over the phone. We could not give him and his firm higher regards for what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone with immigration needs. He's one of the good ones.
