Credit to the LvBC team - Seth and Karl are outstanding! I hired them to assist with a residential real estate case. I performed an initial consultation with several other firms, but Seth and LvBC clearly stood out even at early stages. Throughout the entire process they were consistently responsive, informative, and realistic/honest with me. Came Highly Recommended and Didn't Disappoint. I started working with Kim when I needed a registered agent, had some questions about Washington incorporation, and needed new employment contracts drafted. I was nervous about finding an attorney — I wanted someone who was quick to understand my questions and who could balance speed with accuracy and quality. Kim checked every box. Highly Recommend Dave and his team. They took over from our original attorney when our case stalled and helped our HOA to secure a settlement. It's a relief being able to repair our roofs and get back to the rest of our lives.

Unknowledgeable, Way Too Expensive, Dropped the Ball and Miserably Failed Us Paid $3,500 for absolutely nothing accomplished! Lacked basic knowledge and failed to get it yet charged a fee for nothing but excuses. Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information. Cancelled twice at last minute and was always providing unencouraging depressing hopelessness. Finally dropped me for complaining. THIS IS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WE WERE ALL WARNED ABOUT! Complete waste of time and money.
