Seth is a stellar and trust-worthy lawyer. Highly recommend! He helped me to get out of a terrible first home purchase. He worked diligently to protect my buyer's rights from a combative and un-ethical realtor company. As a result, he not only restored my faith as a first time home buyer, but also obtained the best settlement for me in less than 10 days! When I found Levy-law, I was looking for help urgently. My agent yelled, and threatened me at seller’s home, because my inspector found expansive black fungi. Agent’s boss - VP of the realtor company, told me I have no other options, forced me to continue buying the home, abruptly asked seller to ignore my letter about fungi - basically tried to silence me. My faith was badly damaged, and I was hopeless and all in tears. Thankfully, Seth took my case and diligently reviewed the situations on the weekend. He quickly help to identify material inaccurate info in the contract and inspection reports. I'm not aware of some legal options, but he patiently explained and educated me in the process. The letter he wrote to the VP logically and clearly listed all my legal rights that were violated by the agent company. Despite the VP bluntly told us - that returning the deposit due to material inaccurate info has never happened for 25 years in his career, Seth fought and got my full deposit back in just 10 days. I’m very touched - as a foreigner living in American land and buying a first dream home, I haven't imagined encountering this bad situation. But Seth showed me in front of my eyes - there’s JUSTICE for the harmed, he stopped the bullying of the realtors toward me, and he successfully defended the DIGINITY of the law. Without his help, I would have lose all the deposit and most importantly, my faith in home buying. I feel so lucky to find Seth and his team at Levy-Law. I cannot say enough great things about this firm. I worked with Dave, but it seems the whole firm pitched in to get this thing done pronto. We received our settlement in less than a month, check in hand, and made a quick file at my request due to statue of limitations concerns on a real property title issue. I am an attorney, but not this kind, and I feel fortunate to have just stumbled on this firm. I now refer my clients to this firm for their real property issues (already referred one person). My neighbors and I hired Dave and his firm after trying unsuccessfully to get the contractor who built our houses in 2015 to correct significant construction defects. Dave got us a remarkable settlement, especially considering the state of the contractor's insurance and corporate structure, his general unwillingness to work with us, multiple, unreachable subcontractors, and other assorted difficulties. Dave is highly professional, practical, responsive, effective, and committed to doing right by his clients. His staff is pleasant and efficient. His services are expensive; he is mindful of this and careful with his clients' money. During our engagement, we also interacted with Katie Comstock. She, like Dave, was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this firm and Dave.

I am in the middle of a lawsuit with trial only a few weeks away. I called Michael because my current attorney isn’t returning my phone calls, is late on filings and has been reactive throughout my case. Biggest Fire in W. Seattle History--Dave von Beck is the Best On April 30, 2015 I was involved in the largest fire in West Seattle history. 3 houses, including mine, burned to the ground. Besides my actual loss, I was involved in an insurance nightmare. My insurance company had insured me for 28 years, and I had the best policy possible. Yet, they only were willing to reimbursement 1/2 the cost the rebuild. I wasn't sure if I wanted to incur the cost of hiring a lawyer or trust my insurance company to do what was right by me. I was in the bind of not trusting my insurance company and not trusting lawyers. I was at a loss as to what to do, and interviewed several lawyers, at the advice of my lawyer friends. Dave was my top pick because of his experience and his cost. He was positive, knowledgeable, open to suggestions and feedback, ethical, timely and aggressive. I always felt assured he was on top of things, and he put up the best legal arguments possible on our behalf. In a situation like this, one feels totally out of control of their life circumstances, and Dave always made me feel like I was in control of each action I took. He gave me the pro's and con's of each step. I would more than highly recommend him...his years of experience and ethics give lawyers a good name.
