Pam primarily assisted us throughout the process - excellent representative for the law firm. She answered our questions and provided excellent representation of our claim. Our result exceeded our expectations after the harassment, dog attacks on our animals and then myself by crummy neighbors/dog owners. In hindsight, I would recommend documentation and reporting of the incidents to correct law enforcement, keeping affidavits from witnesses when applicable. We suffered for years before realizing Pierce County Animal control was our best resource, eventually leading us to find Khan. Every situation is unique, once we contracted with Khan, the process took a little more than a year - but it has positively changed our day to day lives - the harassment has ceased.

I had been calling around serval law firms with a complex questions- no one provided me any information. Javier called me and was so full of knowledge and insight. I immediately felt better after speaking with him. I must have called 10 firms- he was by far the most outstanding with his knowledge, and personable as well. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure where to begin! My husband and I were involved in an accident when shopping around for lawyers, we stumbled across this firm, which was our worst mistake ever. The owner himself called us. He noticed that we had a Muslim name and from there he decided to use our mutual religious views as an opportunity to poach is he stated that no other firm would be able to represent Muslim people better than a Muslim firm. Mr. con himself is extremely deceptive. My lawyer had not reached out to me in seven months. Every text went on, answered every email came back as undelivered. Every call went straight to voicemail. I reached out to the firm multiple times and never heard back from anyone Mr. con himself told me to expedite my recovery process so we could wrap up the case that is extremely shady practices I should be able to heal properly. I've never met a lawyer, who is trying to rush my physical therapy process. We are now almost a year into the case no progress has been done. My lawyer, apparently no longer worked at the firm and no one thought it was beneficial to reach out to my husband and I suffer months. We were out the loop reaching out to a woman who doesn't even work at his agency anymore. If you are a Muslim individual, looking for a well, trusted firm, please look elsewhere. This man has made it his job to capitalize off of the discomfort of Muslim people. He has no interest in actually helping you. I respectfully asked Mr. con and his firm to withdraw from my case, has no work was done on my case. This led for him to call me and yell at me profusely. All I wanted was honest well respected and trusted representation. I really hate that it had to get to this, but I feel that it is imperative for myself to share our honest experience with this firm they will do nothing to help you. They will constantly gaslight you, and on top of it all they will ignore your calls. Their goal is simple. They want you to fire them by firing them. They benefits them protect yourself at all costs and just seek counsel elsewhere. It will save you tons of time and agony. The sad part is I have not been able to heal physically, or mentally from my accident due to the mental anguish that was caused by the car in law firm. I pray that no one else has to experience such a horrible thing.

My counselor: Dougal Neralich failed to show up for my court date. I fired him and this law firm owes me $5,000 Bradley Johnson was extremely rude and very very unhelpful. None of his staff got back to me. The communication was absolutely horrid! The receptionists were the worst kind of rude imaginable!!! I am filing with the Bar to get my money back as they returned none of my money and services were NOT rendered. I am a paralegal and I know for a fact this office is a DUI MILL!!!! Do NOT hire them whatsoever.
