On our previously submitted & approved review I accidently clicked 'poor' instead of 'excellent' when rating Dan Houser. Dan is an excellent attorney who represented our 124 unit condo property in claims against 2 previous insurers. Even though our property was 30 years old at the time we won a settlement from both insurance companies that helped us start a $5million repair project. Dan and his firm were instrumental in getting me, the home buyer/consumer some recourse in a really complex case involving builders and their practices. After feeling pretty abandoned by the builder and low in hopes of having recourse, I contacted his firm. Dan took on a fairly challenging role as our leader and in the end, our winning hand. We were kept in the loop the entire time our lawsuit was pending. He gave us choices and offered guidance that served us well in the end. I can not thank Dan and his firm enough for allowing me to be where I am today.
