It was a better experience than I had expected. Lance came to meet us for the first visit close to my job and he took the time to go through all the paperwork page by page to make sure we understood what was going to happen and what was needed to get everything organized. He is the best at making you feel comfortable with the tough choices to make.

Lance made this very easy. Any questions I had he was so very happy to answer. When I emailed him he was always very prompted to respond a response even if it was just to tell me he was looking into the answer to my question. He was even nice enough to come to us for the first visit to get things started.
