I hired Elizabeth to assist me and my business partners with establishing our Firm. She advised us on our partnership agreement and employment policies. She wrote our partnership agreements and employment contracts so that they would scale with our growth. She walked us through numerous future scenarios so that our agreements would provide us with a decision making structure. She also provided us with excellent counsel regarding employee specific matters, benefits policy wording and termination agreements. We recently hired her again to advise us on a potentially difficult termination. She developed our termination agreement and guided us through the process of the termination. This past June 2018 our Union negotiated our (CBA) Collective bargaining agreement with the company we work for. Prior negotiations did not go well for our Union body and we were stuck with a horrible CBA for five years. We had our Union President step down over the decision that were made in the negotiations, we needed help. Determine for this not to happen again, I joined our new President and new cast of board members in search of good council, some one who actually cared about the people they represented. We were able to negotiate a good CBA for our Union, Elizabeth was instrumental in our successful negotiations. Ms. Hanley was kind, clear, and thorough during my consultation with her regarding my employment concerns and rights provided by the ADA.
