A very good attorney easy easy going person very professional.

Evan is awesome! I had some tenant issues (thanks to the ever-changing laws of Seattle), and his office offered a free initial consultation. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable, and spent half an hour looking up laws and offering me advice. I did not want to take advantage of his kindness, and offered to pay. He asked me to pay half of his regular price, and donate the other half to a non-profit of my choice. Will go back to him for sure.

In my personal letter to Evan, I quote, in part: "I trusted that your counsel (if followed) would bring about the successful result that I sought. I am happy to report that you were correct." Following the tragic loss of my 14-year-old daughter to Covid, in August, my life took another, tragic downhill slide. Unjustified accusations of domestic violence by my other, 24-year-old daughter, resulted in a day in jail, being unceremoniously thrown out of my own house and a long drawn-out court process with another criminal defense attorney. I found myself confronted with a desperate two-front battle -- one criminal and the other civil. Evan Loeffler came to my aid for the civil action without any hesitation. Evan employed consistent, knowledgeable and steady deliberation. He calmly took apart my daughter's justification for her unauthorized occupation of my house. By employing clear and concise steps, Evan's strategy led, inevitably, to me regaining my residence, and indeed, regaining what is left of my life. It is no hyperbole to state that Mr. Loeffler provided a legal remedy for my true-life tragedy. I will be eternally grateful for Evan Loeffler's diligent professionalism.
