When I was in need of an attorney I shopped around to quite a few different legal firms. Many were certainly qualified, and most were incredibly professional. What stuck out to me when speaking with Hayley, was that at no point did she ever rush me when I went through explaining my situation to her nor did she cut me off. She allowed me to say all that I needed, and the best part was that she genuinely listened. Most others had cut me off, or really made me feel the rush of a typical "free" consultation. I felt like a client from the get-go. I was treated with respect, and an understanding that seems to be growing farther and fewer between legal representatives. The fee was par for what was needed, but after everything was said and done, it felt like I had received quite the discount due to all the work she put into the case. I was always kept informed, and my interests along with the interests of my family were kept as a priority. I can't recommend Hayley enough. If you're looking for someone who will have a genuine investment into whatever it is you're going through, and is confident in the way she represents not only herself but you in a courtroom. I hired Horwath Law for my husbands DUI case, and Hayley Fulton was an excellent decision to hire. She won a DUI case in Lewis County, which is one if the hardest counties to fight this type if case. Hayley was assigned to me as a Public Defender for a DUI case. I was skeptical, as I have heard many horror stories regarding Public Defenders, but she was amazing. While other court appointed defenders were trying to find their clients in the court room, Hayley immediately recognized and approached me despite only meeting me in person once, nearly two months prior. She fought hard on my behalf and was able to secure an incredibly gentle deal with the prosecutor. Throughout the ordeal she was kind, patient, and upbeat. She took the time to answer my numerous questions, even on the weekends. Since my court date, she has maintained contact and continued to answer my questions. I was charged with felony possession of a firearm in Grays Harbor County. I was facing up to 1 year incarceration and possibly thousands in fines. At first I thought she was not taking care of business, and then she proved me very wrong. I ended up with the ability to leave the county, before my trial was over, and best of all my felony was reduced to an aiming or discharging a firearm (a misdemeanor) and less than A $1000 in fines.
