I'm a Canadian citizen who has been working in the US on and off for a dozen years. After I had some problems with a different lawyer, my father recommended that I work with Joel Paget. Wow -- what a difference! Joel and his team are completely on the ball, and he knows immigration law inside-out. They were also just a pleasure to work with. Whatever hitches came up, including conflicting information from my employer's lawyers, Joel was right there to put things right. As soon as I started working with him six or seven years ago, I just knew that I could stop worrying about things and trust that Joel would take care of it all. My employer had filed an Employment Based Two petition for my position with a request for a national interest waiver. The USCIS requested additional evidence for the waiver.
