No narcissist, abuser, bully, intimidator, gas lighter, manipulator, or exploiter are too big for Kirk Davis! My case was complicated and multi-faceted. I had difficulty finding an attorney to take my case. I am eternally grateful Kirk Davis accepted the challenge. I assumed I would lose most of my award to all the medical fees I incurred. Mr. Davis was very professional, personable and knowledgeable! He walked me through all the processes and really went out of his way to make accommodations for me. I work graveyard shift so it's harder to work around my schedule. Also, answered all my questions and responded promptly. He is a family man, so very easy to talk to and work with, but also he can definitely be stern and assertive when he needs to be with the defendant. After the verdict that the judge told us that although he seemed annoyed, he "respected (Kirk's) zealous defense of (his) client" and that he "'would expect nothing less from a good attorney". Kirk advised me to make a settlement in my case, because he's a sensible lawyer and he didn't want to expose me to unnecessary risk. When I told him I just couldn't compromise, he respected my decision, defended me and won.
