My name is Will MacHugh. Kirk has been my attorney for the last 3 years on a personal Injury case. He was referred by my business partners friend. I was in an accident a the end of 2017. I had surgery, and some long term damage to my thumb. Kirk took the time to get to know me, know the doctors, understand the circumstances, and spent diligent time on the case. At no time did I ever feel like calling him 'Mr. Davis'. He's been a friend, who has been on my side, and worked to protect my interest. He knows insurance, and the court, and he has solid staff. Even during this pandemic, his solid footing in the system got us a position in trial despite the efforts of the insurance company. That effort lead us to a fair victory in court. I participate in several small companies, each with their own unique legal challenges. If I ever have legal issues of a personal nature again, I would not hesitate to call my friend Kirk. I worked with Kirk on a personal injury claim that I was trying to settle myself. He was very helpful in the initial (free) consultation and was generous enough to answer some follow-up questions via email. Because I was not successful in negotiating terms on my own, I hired Kirk and I only wish I would have done so sooner because it would have alleviated a lot of unnecessary stress. After the verdict that the judge told us that although he seemed annoyed, he "respected (Kirk's) zealous defense of (his) client" and that he "'would expect nothing less from a good attorney". Kirk advised me to make a settlement in my case, because he's a sensible lawyer and he didn't want to expose me to unnecessary risk. When I told him I just couldn't compromise, he respected my decision, defended me and won.

To start off with Mr. Davis is extremely clever. His experience as a prosecutor has given him plenty of creative strategies and he could very easily double as a detective. He has that kind of mind. Mr. Davis very carefully and meticulously reviewed all of my documentation. His eyes scanned the material like a laser. He was able to offer a legal opinion once he reviewed all of the material. I cried in his office due to the injustice I endured and you could see the passion in his eyes in regard to his desire to win my case and defend justice and righteousness. In the end we reached a settlement with the other side and avoided a trial, which was a great result. If we were in trial I am certain he would have come out on top. He's just that good. He's also very pleasant to work with and seems like a great person. If I ever need legal assistance again I am heading straight to Mr. Davis.

An insurance dispute had brought me nothing but despair. Damages to vehicles & ensuing medical bills had been denied to me under my Geico 'coverage. I was stuck with a most unwinnable case, alone against the giant that is GEICO. Having been turned down by every attorney I sought, I met Kirk Davis nearly by accident. Kirk has two qualities which, while they really shouldn't be, are a lot less common than one might wish: a strong knowledge of the law, and a helpful and caring manor. He was always available, very approachable, considerate, and willing to put up with my own short comings. But, our case (a messy psudo-domestic violence affair) was won because he was able to construct a strong legal argument from the facts of the case, rather than the sort of passionate name calling that I have seen (and saw directed against me). I would definitely recommend Kirk Davis to anyone.

You may have heard the saying "Life is not fair", this is true. You may have also heard, "Innocent until proven guilty" this is not true. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in the legal system, you will need a highly competent attorney to help you navigate a system where up is down, and down is up.
