Two years ago, my sister and I lost our father to cancer and entered into a legal battle over policy proceeds from a life insurance policy. It was a complicated case with little legal precedent and case law, and many well respected firms had doubts about our prospects. Then we heard about Kristin. She came highly recommended from a family friend who was an attorney himself, and insisted that we get in touch with her because, in his words, “Kristin gets results”. He couldn’t have been more right... Kristin not only was able to win what was a very complicated case, but able to do so cost-effectively and without a trial. She was thorough, she was tough, and she was prepared. If you want an attorney who tells you the truth, doesn’t sugar-coat anything, and works hard for her clients, then Kristin is someone you have to consider. Kristin’s legal staff is also top-notch, kind and courteous. Phone calls were always returned within hours, email responses were prompt (even on the weekends). Our case also involved working with other attorneys at the firm, all of whom worked in step with Kristin. The firm’s offices are located downtown with beautiful views of the Seattle waterfront. Overall just a wonderful attorney and firm.
