Lucinda Dunlap begins by being an actual caring, honest, direct, and decent person - and attorney. A pleasure to work with, she answers calls right away, a truly unusual quality for an attorney to possess and endeavor to do. Lucinda explains everything one needs to know - especially that which one mightn't know to ask - very clearly and in the right detail, ie: not too much, not too little. She listens carefully, patiently, answers all questions so respectfully, making it clear there is no dumb question. She always gets back to you with further information she may have. Great service and great people

I would give them 10 starts if I could and anyone working with Tony and Alex can consider themselves lucky and can expect much more than legal council. They are true board adviser style councilors with an unexpectedly brought knowledge base when it comes to startup, industry and financing challenges. We could not have managed our early stage investor and partner challenges without them and are truly thankful to the person that recommended them to us. We have been working and growing with them for 2 years now and will work with them until our exit and then again for our next project.
