When I experienced being fired as retaliation I was scared and very upset. I contacted HKM and spoke with Jill Malat, and she was my representative through my entire process of my case and her knowledge as a lawyer and experience as a judge, she always communicated with me what my rights were and always made me feel validated in my claim. I'm so glad I had Jill by my side to help me through an extremely stressful time of my life. The entire team and all of the staff I had contact with were always helpful and always quick to respond to my questions.

Just like so many other reviews it is true, they will not take your case and will just waste your time. Horrible basic service, all through a paralegal. Very disappointed

I had the pleasure of working with Tony and the TKN Tyson team over the past two years, culminating in a successful sale transaction. During this time, I collaborated with Tony and his team on a broad range of issues and a relatively complicated sale transaction involving multiple parties. With over a dozen years of experience in various CFO/Head of Finance roles, I have worked with attorneys from firms of various sizes. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that the attorneys at TKN are excellent commercial attorneys. Beyond the day-to-day administration and management of a business, they understand how to get a sale transaction done. If your goal is to achieve an exit for your startup, you can often find firms that charge more than TKN. However, the additional amounts you pay will likely not bring any additional value and will only be a drag on your bottom line. Further, based on my experience with some other firms, there is an excellent chance another firm will make it less likely to ultimately close your Exit.

Working with Mark was an amazing experience. He was readily available as we tried to keep momentum up during our acquisition. Mark was very professional but also personable and he was thorough without spending unnecessary time on aspects of the deal that weren't important to us. He also held the line with the other side's counsel without creating unnecessary tension. I would not hesitate to work with Mark again or refer him to my closest friends and family!

Although I had some hiccups at first getting through to their team, once I had the contact information for their actual team members they were friendly and helpful with providing advice and guidance. It might make sense to add a more personal touch to your lead collection providers to avoid frustrating customers in the future.
