I consulted Nicole with regards to my former employee's abusive work environment that led me to quit my job, and Nicole did an excellent job explaining and helping me understand the legal details around employment laws in Washington as well as my legal options. While ultimately it was determined that there wasn't really any viable means to bring my former employee to justice (unfortunately, small private businesses just have a lot of leeways when it comes to bullying employees), Nicole's help at the lowest of times to help me move forward and better protect myself in the future was still immensely invaluable. In spite of not making money from this free consultation, Nicole still acted in good faith in providing honest and sound legal advice, and I think this says a lot about who she is as a person and a lawyer.

Lance is the guy to go too! We retained him last year but had to back away from filing due to a medical issue. He was so understanding and not pushy at all. He refunded our money that we had put down too. Knowing that he was someone that was so prompt and honest we made sure to go back to him when we were ready. With kids, work and life still happening, it was nice to work with someone that didn't rush or push us to just make his money. He helped us through every question and problem we ran into and was just the best to work with!
