I was entirely new to the lagalities of the music industry and had little knowledge of anything regarding the legal side of this industry. I appreciated working with Shannon not only because she was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation, but also because she was very accessable and made me feel comfortable asking all of the questions that I had. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and have come to greatly appreciate good social skills and people relations.
