I've used HKM to review and negotiate employment offers in the past. They've always taken the time to carefully go over my documents, and and answer all of my questions. They're a great resource to help you understand what you're signing and your rights as an employee.

Around a year ago our company needed assistance converting from an LLC to a C Corp to satisfy an investment request, as well as advising on that investment.
