When I hired Timothy Emery and had my first meeting with him, he and his team went over his strategy in great detail with me. We ended going over the scheduled time for the call, while he was answering my questions. I never felt rushed to end the call, instead Timothy and his team answered all of myquestions and follow-up questions until I understood everything that I inquired about. He always picks up the phone when I call him, or when he is unavailable he will call me back as soon as he is available the same day. He is the best lawyer that I have had the pleasure to work with! He actually cared about my case and that he fought hard for me.

After getting hurt at work, I felt like I was getting the runaround from L&I. I decided to see if an attorney would help, and while I decided not to hire one right now, Tim and his team were super helpful in providing guidance on how to handle my case.
