Daniel Kalilsh and HKM are the must use employment attorneys for tech executives. I have worked with Mr. Kalish who has helped negotiate three employment agreements for me. He is sharp, astute and practical in terms of knowing what matters.

HKM is stellar ~ Smart, strategic and effective!

I got the most Caring and Professional help from the team handling my case all the way to the end. They took away all the fear and uncertainty in not knowing what options I had legally. Having a workplace issue isn't something anyone should have to go through, but at least there is a group of highly professional people at HKM that can fight for justice, and hopefully give a sense of closure to what happened to you. I can say that's what they did for me. FACT: My attorney Leo gave the opposing council nightmares! He was the most aggressive, straight shooting, and strategically minded person. I can tell you this, I'm glad Leo was on my side!! He scared me, and he was on my side!!! LOL I would truly "hate to be the other guys!!" He's basically a BEAST that digs in, clamps down, and fights for those he serves. He's the guy who isn't afraid to go up against anyone, no matter their size. Leo dishes up a bucket full of cold hard justice, and shoves it down the throat of those trying to mess with his clients, especially if they try intimidating them. Having and seeing Leo in action, reminded me of a famous quote Mr. T would say to anyone in his way, "I Pitty The Fool!!" Like Mr.T, Leo, aka "THE BEAST" is definitely the one you want on your side!! HKM doesn't back down to bullies, and predators in the workplace. PERIOD!! In short, HKM and the team that helped me SIMPLY ROCK!! HUGE THANKS!! You helped me find peace of mind.
