Mark is a professional, savvy and highly capable attorney. Our startup hired Mark a little over a year ago to manage our trademark registration. We knew very little about the process and what it entailed, but Mark patiently walked us through all of the options including fees. He also tracked important dates and deadlines for us and would circle back when action was required. Some attorneys are only concerned about billing time or checking off tasks, but Mark goes beyond. After one discussion he later realized there was an additional option for the trademark that would turn out to be the most economical, and he immediately let us know.
