I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kendra Frye recently. I am currently dealing with a life altering injury claim with Labour & Industries. I have struggled with dealing with my claim independently and getting answers and assistance. I had reached a point where I felt I could no longer mentally cope with my injury and deal with the frustrating demands/shortcomings of L&I. I contacted multiple law firms, of which 3 returned my call. One of which offered no assistance and said my frustrations are typical and I basically need to continue to endure the experience. Kendra however listened to my concerns and validated what was happening. She passed on my information to the team and in a couple of days called me to say the team wants to take on my case. That they are willing to take over and handle dealing with L&I for me. I cannot tell you what hearing this meant to me.
