A few years ago I found myself in a truck vs. bicycle accident (I was the unfortunate cyclist) that left my right knee shattered. I had no insurance and no idea who to turn to. After several attempts at finding even adequate representation, I somehow had the good fortunate of being referred to Will. Will listened to everything I had to say with patience and sensitivity. I'm the type of person that wants to know *everything* that is going on and Will made sure I stayed informed. I never had to contact him about anything--he would always get to me first. That said, I would have felt fully confident leaving everything in his capable hands had I not wanted to be so involved. The legal process can be a long, uncomfortable battle. I'm thankful I had Will to help me navigate it. Nothing seemed to faze him; he was always prepared for the next move. He aggressively pursued my case but always kept my needs/wants a priority. There was never any pressure from him when it came time for me to make decisions, only sincere, knowledgeable guidance. He always made time for my questions and talked me through things until I was satisfied with my understanding of them. I really felt like Will went to bat for me and my case. And as if being a stellar advocate wasn't enough, he's just downright likeable. He's professional and serious, yet personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend him, without reservation, to anyone in need of a good advocate.
