As a small businessperson with clients all over the world, I consulted Mr. Heine on a matter of international law relating to jurisdictional matters that come into play at various levels of a dispute over hypothetical timelines. He was enormously helpful, giving me useful clarifying information with scope and context. He is an excellent legal researcher, highly articulate but able to represent issues so that laypeople can understand them. I found him accessible, personable, and empathetic. He is a person with integrity, a reasonable and intelligent human being who mostly gives you the "facts, ma'am". If he can't do this, he will tell you that too, and what his limits are. I found him to be an able communicator and hard worker. I found it especially refreshing that he understood the ramifications and technical nature of questions I asked him. His responses were largely on-point, and he is not someone who "pads" his services . He also considers clients' relative circumstances in that regard, which is refreshing. Can't recommend him more highly.
