I highly recommend Garguile’s Law attorney office that helped me dismiss my ticket. It was my first time having a ticket dismissed by an attorney office and their expertise and efficient handling of my case resulted in a favorable outcome. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive—excellent service overall.

After seeing raving reviews online, I came to Garguile Law with a speeding ticket in King County that I wasn't sure they could fight. After looking at my ticket, their over the phone customer service assured me that they, indeed, could fight this ticket and most likely beat it, to my pleasant surprise. For a very reasonable fee (just a bit more than the price of my ticket), they agreed to represent me, and that was all the work I had to do. When my court date came up, they simply sent me an email saying that they had gotten my ticket dismissed, and it would not affect my insurance whatsoever. Very impressed with Garguile Law's customer service, and the ease of doing business with them. I will most certainly come back to them if I receive a similar ticket in the future.

My daughter received her first speeding ticket and we wanted to ensure our insurance rates wouldn't be affected. We reached out to this firm, and immediately they responded and guided us through every step. They were prompt, straightforward, easy to work with. Everything they said would happen, happened! It is refreshing to have this level of communication these days. They were like the 'Ron-co' of legal representation... "Set it and forget it"... They laid out the options we would potentially face, and were very clear on the strategy they would use, and it worked out exactly in that fashion. This was in Kitsap County, Tony took care of the entire ordeal even driving all the way to Bainbridge island for court! All I can say is that Garguile Law is great to work with! I had gotten pulled over for speeding in south Thurston county on I5. The ticket was for 5mph over. All it took to fix this ticket was one call to Garguile Law, and they took care of the rest. It did cost a bit more than the cost of the ticket, but Tony got everything dismissed! Which I'm sure will cost me less in the long run then having my insurance rates go up, not to mention keeping my driving record clean. This is the second ticket Tony has taken care of for me. I will always reach out to Garguile Law if I have a speeding ticket problem in the future. Thanks Tony!

This law firm gave me peace of mind that they would fix my ticket for speeding in Puyallup. I was not doing the speed that supposedly I was clocked at and I was not wanting that to be on my record. So I looked for a lawyer to represent me and it just gave me peace inside…no stress when they told me they could get ticket either reduced or dismissed because I have a clean record. I received a ticket while navigating a large convoy of large trucks in Clark County, WA. Speeding. The trooper was in the far left lane standing in the lane as I moved into that lane. There is almost no shoulder there, maybe 3 feet. He motioned me over so I got to the right and got off and waited on the off ramp. He was pretty upset with me but there was no where to park or get over where he was standing. Anyways, I disputed the ticket and asked Garguile Law to handle the dispute for me. We had used them before to help with a ticket my son got when someone illegally went around left turning cars onto a sidewalk. He was side swiped while making the left turn. There were no witnesses but the police gave him a ticket anyways. They were able to get that dismissed. The results for my ticket were exactly the same. Dismissed. WOOT! This is the first ticket I have received in 20+ years so it was important that I keep a clean record. Garguile Law was able to get this dismissed so I didn't have to worry about a major increase in insurance rates. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to deal with a moving infraction!
