Love the service provided by Garguile Law Office, they instilled confidence from the get-go and achieved expected results - speeding ticket dismissed! It was very easy to work with them, mostly sharing information over email (e.g. ticket photo), and they get me from that moment on - scheduling court hearing, attending court (I didn't need to show up), getting ticket dismissed, etc. etc. and all while providing detailed updates so I knew of the latest status. I’m truck driver from PA and got a ticket for using phone while driving in WA, I was so worried of how I’m going to show up for the court date and almost payed the ticket, but I called Garguile Law I found them through Youtube and only took me like 5 minutes through the phone just like that, they promised me that will be dismissed and don’t worry, the price was really reasonable and fair, court date came and case was dismissed, I’m so happy that I called them and they saved me a lot of time and struggle. Before coming to Garguile Law, I had researched whether or not I should hire a lawyer to fight my traffic ticket. I noticed that this firm clearly provided logical reasoning for me to seek out an attorney, rather than just paying the fine. The ticket would have been roughly $160, but if I were to pay it, my insurance rates would go up, and over time I would be paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars more just because the ticket would be on my driving record. (Plus, in Washington state there is a limited amount of tickets you can receive before your driver's license is revoked, and that didn't sit well with me knowing I got a ticket). I was driving southbound near Centralia; and though I was driving safely, and I absolutely respect police officers, this particular officer was intentionally trying to intimidate me and attempted to get a rise out of me. Nevertheless, he was unsuccessful. I was intimidated, but I wanted to see what my options were, so I used handy ol' google to research law firms, and that is when I found Garguile Law. Garguile Law provided the clearest explanation and reasoning as to why I should hire an attorney to fight my ticket on my behalf. When I called them/ emailed them, I was able to get a call back fairly quickly, and Garguile Law communicated my options clearly. Gina was really nice and she answered any questions that I had promptly. I did have to send in a payment before they got started; but after I did they started on my case right away and updated me whenever there was news. Honestly, I didn't have to worry about a thing and Garguile Law won my case and my ticket was dismissed. I would absolutely recommend Garguile Law, and I would use them again if I needed too. (But hopefully I don't need them lol)! Nevertheless, I can rest at ease knowing that ticket is not on my driving record and I saved money in the long run since the ticket was dismissed and it will not be affecting my car insurance premium costs. After reading other reviews, I decided to give Tony and Garguile Law, PLLC a try. I was going to pay the fine, but after talking to Gina and Tony, I was convinced this would be a better way to go. The money back guarantee made it more appealing. Several months later they notified me that my ticket was dismissed! They handled everything after the initial phone call and made it simple.

I reached out to Garguile law office when I received an infraction for speeding. I was in kelso wa when I was in need of some professional assistance. I had have many of other friends use them as well with the best outcomes everytime. I reached out to the office with my infraction and told them what was going on as well as what I needed and they were very polite and understanding. They took all my information down and handled it all from there. Transaction payments and documents were very easy to sign and handle.
