Not only did I get a ticket, I also forgot to pay it. I was a week or two past the 30 day deadline when I realized how royally I’d messed up (and that my original plan to defer was probably no longer viable). Within an hour or two of reaching out, everything was fully squared away and Garguile had officially taken my case! They assign lawyers who are local to or familiar with your specific court (mine was in Bothell). My lawyer Kenlynn Gallinger worked very quickly to get me a court date and kept me updated through every step of the process. And lucky me: my infraction was completely dismissed! I hope I never need another traffic lawyer (the last ticket I’d had before this one was college!) but if I do, I’d certainly use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.
