Ultimately, I received exactly what I asked for in the first place, but it cost them more than double that amount to settle the claim. It was nerve wracking and infuriating to be bullied but I was defended with great expertise. My options were fully explained and I am confident I had the best representation and outcome!

Hired him, fired him! Told me my case was not worth more than arbitration limits without talking to Specialist first whose report stated worth much more. Did not vet witness who turned out to be lying. Other mistakes, but these were major ones new attorney had to deal with.
