Jennifer Atwood and the team at the Law Office of Amy Muth are awesome. We were terrified of what was happening to our juvenile son and our family as we were being served with a temporary sexual assault protection order, until we called and talked to Jennifer. She immediately relieved some of our fears by accepting our case and by helping us to understand the court processes and expectations. Jennifer always placed a high priority on protecting our son’s privacy while building a very strong case against false and harmful accusations. Because of her knowledge, experience, and strong argument, the court denied the order and all sensitive case material was sealed from public view. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for all of her hard work and dedication.

I researched for the best attorneys I could find and my search brought me to Amy I. Muth. and Jennifer Atwood. I sought Amy I. Muth to Petition the Court to relieve me of the duty to register as a sex offender. Ms. Muth has bar none the best legal team with Attorney Jennifer Atwood who worked tirelessly with me to ensure I had the best petition to the court I could possibly have. I had many questions and concerns regarding some of the things needed for my petition and like a professional she carefully and respectful answered all my questions but incredibly soothed my frayed nerves and abated my fears. After a polygraph, psychological assessment, personal references Jennifer Atwood did the hard legal work of putting it all together and then finally presenting my petition to the court. The prosecutor and judge said the Petition was very well done. I was very happy to hear them say that. Not everyone you hire may work this hard and prepare this well but Jennifer Atwood along with Amy I. Muth did and I’m so thankful. I was granted my freedom back again and I no longer am required to register. I did not care that Jennifer Atwood and Ms. Muth was 2 hours from where I live because I knew time and distance means nothing when it comes to something this important. One may only get one shot so it’s wise to get professional legal help with the best out there. In conclusion, you get what you pay for and it helps tremendously to do your research and hire the best out there. In my opinion Jennifer Atwood and Ms. Muth and her legal team is the best out there.
