We have consulted with and hired Philip on several landlord/tenant cases recently within the last year. We have reached favorable agreements in all cases that we have hired Philip on. We are continually impressed with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He sees the "big picture" and advises accordingly.

I would recommend finding lawyer who is of older age and much more experienced. I appreciate Philips work but he does not seem fully experienced.

We are so grateful that we found Jeremy Yates. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent advice. Drafting a will was a daunting task that we put off for way too long, but Jeremy made it easy. On top of that, he was fun to work with. Talking about wills and estates can tend toward the intimidating and depressing, but Jeremy's approach made the entire process quick and easy. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy Yates was a great find for me. I had interviewed two attorneys in elder law, estates and wills prior and they asked more than twice the price for the same product. Mr. Yates did his homework and was all ready for me when I arrived for our meetings. He also found ways to accommodate a couple of my special need requests, even though my will was basically traditional. I highly recommend. I also chose him because I am old and he is young, and I wanted my heirs to work with the same attorney that remembered me and my intentions.
