This is a limited area of practice and it was difficult to find counsel specializing in this area of law. I found Kevin to be of expert competence in this area with a complete knowledge of the workings of character and fitness review and the laws pertaining thereto. He provided very effective counsel based in honesty and ethics. Kevin is the consummate professional, patient, and extremely level headed and maintained this approach consistently throughout the whole affair. He was able to craft a strategy to embrace my desire to be completely forthright with the board even if it meant disqualification, even embracing the idea as ethically sound regardless of outcome. your reception sucks. i asked how many years of experience your firm had with immigration law, and he said he did not know and kept telling me come in for a consultation. i am shopping for a lawyer who i know i can trust by asking general questions (not case specific) most receptions or lawyers would know and not consider "legal advice". he kept telling me my questions were for the lawyers, but not every question i had was for legal advice, mind you.
