My son is a college student who was recently served with a Petition for an Order for Protection - Harassment (PTORAH). The petitioner made multiple false allegations and was granted a Temporary Protection Order. Mr. Flennaugh was a phenomenal advocate, providing steady advice and helpful explanations of this confusing process. As our family has no previous history of litigation experience, we relied entirely on his wise guidance in preparing my son's defense. Mr. Flennaugh represented my son in court and the case was dismissed. I cannot speak more highly of this individual - professional, experienced, thorough, and sagacious.

I had a very serious issue that has been dragging on for over 2 years and just in my free consultation the attorney was able to give me the same legal advice as if I had retained them. That which would have cost me much more. I really appreciated that the attorney’s advice was vey sensitive to my particular orientation (LGBQT friendly) and how juries in some states can be unpredictable. I hope I never have the need again for a criminal defense attorney, but I sure do know where to go now.

The attorneys (Tom and Bruce) worked hard to get my sons charges dropped. All charges were dropped (False charges) our whole family is so very grateful. I recommend this firm very highly.
