I used Zuanich Law for an expungement or a "set aside" under Oregon law. They did a great job and worked very quickly to get the process handled. I highly recommend them if you have records you need to get expunged. I'll never forget the feeling when I saw that signed order clearing my charges! Do it! It's worth the money and it's nice to have my peace of mind back.

What can I say about Brian Zuanich? All he wants is your money. I hired him, and he didn’t do anything besides collect my money. He kept on asking for more and more for my family law situation. He ended up pocketing almost 6 grand from me without even doing anything. I ended up doing everything myself, and how much did it cost me? Nothing! Well, my time, of course. He will charge you for everything—text messages, emails, phone calls—at $450/hr. All the previous reviews on here about him being money-hungry are true. Don’t waste your time with him because no matter what, you’re getting charged for every little thing. A question? Charged! An email? Charged! If he texts or emails you about a question he doesn’t know about? Charged! Even if it’s just, 'How is your day going?' CHARGED! He should use all the money he steals from people for a hair transplant! PS: Do your homework, people! Find a paralegal yourself because that’s who and what Brian uses for his work. Please, you’ll save so much money. Or find another attorney with better reviews.

No way would I recommend!! Charged 2500.for a case review. Sent all facts in file a week before phone call. He was unaware he had file and clear he had not reviewed. Accepted 5 k and no communication for months, wrote a simple draft complaint and 50% of it contained wrong facts and wrong names including a name not even related to case Even fee agreement had wrong name. Not once acknowledged a pattern of mistakes. No business accepting my 5 k if he had reviewed facts and advised then . only willing to refund 2 hrs. Unacceptable I shouldn't pay 450 an hr for a pattern of mistakes Never felt once he had my best interests too distracted or other reasons and I end up paying for that not what anyone expects from an attorney
