I called today and spoke to a lady about getting documents for a post conviction. I've been having a hard time getting documents as a public citizen. I've tried months to get public records, as I explained to the receptionist. Long story short, I never got to talk to a lawyer about the help on getting the documents. Instead she hangs up in my face and wished me good luck. Very Unprofessional and very rude... I wouldn't recommend this company not due to the lawyers or representation. But because the receptionist was very rude and uninformative. A very simple task that I was willing to pay for. Horrible front office..
