I realize that I had many options in hiring attorneys. James Egan’s team was ready to give me legal advice and a winning strategy from the beginning. I crashed my car with a very high (.2+) BAC, on a 2nd offense. James Egan's office avoided any license suspension by clever argument, and got the matter reduced to a Negligent Driving 1st degree without jail, license suspension or ignition interlock device.
