We honestly feel very fortunate, blessed and grateful to have been able to retain the legal services of Dr. Malhas and her phenomenal team. To us, she was like an Angel sent from God to help us at our most crucial time and she did just that by achieving the results for us that we were praying and hoping for. We came to her with a very complex case, in removal proceedings in the immigration court with very strict time constraints, and our financial limitations but any of those did not deter her from helping us. I certainly recommend Ms. Malhas and her team's services for immigration issues. Regarding my own experiences with her, I was treated very well and was impressed with the quick communications her team had with me since my previous experience with other firms were negative in this regard. In addition, everyone in her office was very courteous and helpful. My name is Marc and I've hired Miss Malhas a couple years ago to represent me and she has done such an amazing job from day one. At the time I hired her, I was in a very bad situation. Dr. Malhas literally saved my family from being torn apart. I'm a US citizen and my wife is of Italian citizenship who was wrongfully accused by the US Department of Homeland security for a complete misunderstanding and was banned from entering the country (seems to be a common issue with the department these days). So my wife moved to Italy (Lecce) and my children & I remained here in Seattle. We went through so many lawyers (spending tons of money) trying to get her case resolved. Dr. Malhas was my fiance's immigration lawyer and thanks to her team's entire help, we just found out that my fiance got approved for his visa! I consulted with Ms. Dima over the phone to help me apply for EB5 visa. She was very knowledgeable and she explained to us about everything really slowly and carefully to make sure my family and I understood everything involved.
