I am very proud to say that I hired Dr. Dima Malhas for my visa situation. My case was difficult but Dr. Malhas did her best to try and solve it. From the start, she showed that she was very knowledgeable in immigration law, and she also showed that she really cared about the outcome of my case, something I didn't see in the other lawyers I hired before. Dr. Malhas is a very patient person but at the same time extremely detail oriented. She really left no stone unturned in my proceedings to get an E2 investor visa, and even though it took a while and seemed like a lost case, she kept me comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. We finally got everything sorted out and I know for a fact that any other lawyer would not have been able to get results. Overall, I'm impressed and extremely happy with her performance as well as her caring demeanor. I would recommend her without any doubt for any legal issue related to immigration.

I’m extremely delighted with the service that I received from Dr Malhas as I’d been having lots of trouble trying to adjust my wife’s immigration status. The circumstances surrounding her situation are a bit complex and consisted of special circumstances when it came to matters of law. All this made her case extremely fragile. Thankfully, the expertise of Dr Malhas was apparent from the very beginning and she made us feel confident that we could keep our family together. She was extremely thorough and prepared whenever we communicated with her, and she knows her area of expertise really well. No matter how many questions I had, no matter how many times I bothered or phoned her, she was quick to reply and always professional, kind and knowledgeable. She helped us file paperwork, prepare documents, and do everything needed to successfully file the status adjustment. A little about me, I'm a Polish entrepreneur with an Import/Export company which supplies convenience-type household products for distributors, retailers, dropshippers, wholesalers, and other resalers. I'd planned to open up an exporting operation in the port of Tacoma, Washington and found Dr. Malhas's firm (CMM) online. My needs were simple. I needed someone to help expedite the E-2 visa process as quickly as possible (I had to be here before the end of June to prepare seasonal summer shipments to Asia). I had all the necessary investment. I knew Poland was treaty country so, as a Polish national, I was potentially eligible for the visa. But I had other complications I was concerned of (ex. wife & children). From the first consultation, Dr. Malhas made it clear she was very experienced in her area of expertise. Her work ethic was wonderful since she made sure her team followed through on all promises she made during our initial meeting. In no time, I was in Tacoma setting up operations and preparing for the rest of my family to come. Although I can't speak for the rest of the firm, I highly recommend Dr. Malhas for any type of legal immigration issues, especially related to business-type visas. Even though my specific situation may or may not have been simple for any other immigration lawyer, the WAY Dr. Malhas conducted her work showed her to be an honest professional that was very experienced in her line of work. I appreciate everything she's done for me.

I was referred to Ms. Malhas by a colleague of mine who's a friend of hers and, after going through three different criminal defense lawyers for a federal case related to my brother (who's locked up in Sandstone Minnesota FCI Prison), I finally found the perfect team here at this firm. Ms. Malhas spent a good couple of hours over the phone conversing with me and understanding the situation before she got her colleague (a highly experienced criminal trial attorney) Mr. Chung on the line. Even though she wasn't directly hired for the case, she checked in with me from time to time to make sure my brother and I were taken care of. She had a genuine concern for our situation and this WAS NOT because I was referred by her friend. I could tell her disposition exudes sympathy and care for clients and people in general. Overall I thank Ms. Malhas from the bottom of my heart for everything she's done for me and I would recommend her firm's services to anyone looking for ethical lawyers that actually know what they're doing and really care for their clients' plight.

I hired Dr. Dima Malhas in the past year on K-1 Fiancé visa, Dr. Malhas was through and gave easy to understand direction in providing complete information about the process, timeframe, forms needed (USCIS forms), thorough in supporting documents needed, always courteous and very conscientious of the quality of work. Attorney Dr. Malhas and her well-informed courteous panel provided guidance and support while petitioning for fiancé visa. Gaining a fiancé visa turned out to be complex with intensive documentations needed. I don’t think I could have made it without Dr. Malhas’ involvement and guidance. We made the appointment for the job interview. With less than one week notice Dr. Malhas, her assistance, and I we hustled to email my fiancé the needed documentations. The day before the interview Dr. Malhas and a legal interpreter prepared my fiancé for the interview. The next day after the interview my fiancé excitedly informed me that she passed the interview. I have a great appreciation of Dr. Malhas and her team for the professional manner, friendliness, and her expertise. In late August I plan to visit South America and bring my wife to be to her new home.

This really built my trust. - She took great amount of time to understand the overall case. She stayed after office hours to suit my time. I have worked with Dr. Dima Malhas in the past year on K-1 Fiancé visa, Attorney Dr. Dima Malhas provided full information about the process, timeline, assisted client with filling out the required USCIS forms, advised on collecting & presenting supporting materials and documents. Dr. Malhas truly giving adequate time for the client in each visit. Attorney Dr. Malhas and her knowledgeable staff even provided support, guidance and resources for both the sponsoring U.S. petitioner person and for the applicant. The friendly staff corresponded with the U.S. Embassy abroad and helped book appointment confirmation for my fiance to visit the U.S Embassy abroad and obtain important documents such letter issued by the U.S. Embassy addressed to local security authority for my fiancé to complete her security fingerprinting. Without Dr. Malhas communication with the U.S. Embassy, it would be hard to obtain this document in timely manner. Dr.Malhas via video conferencing has prepared my fiancé for her upcoming K-1 visa counselor interview. Additionally, Dr. Malhas has helped and work with the U.S. Embassy abroad to schedule the visa counselor interview for my fiancé and followed up on additional documents and requests, such as document translations, confirmation of FEDEX shipment. She even e-mailed the U.S. Embassy a head of time of the materials requested by the embassy to expedite the process. When I travelled overseas to visit my fiancé right after my fiancé had her visa counselor interview and while the visa case is pending, Dr.Malhas continued working for my fiancé’s case, proactively communicate with the U.S. Embassy abroad requesting status update on the case progress. Through the work, advice and legal guidance provided by Dr. Dima Malhas, and her skilled staff, my fiancé has successfully obtained her U.S. Fiance k_1 Visa on September 2013.
