I found Roy Law Group online after a simple search for an attorney who could help me with an SSDI appeal against a large insurance company. They were responsive, helpful, and fast! There are few law firms that take on the complicated world of certain types of employer based disability insurance, but when I needed them to resolve a matter of dispute, Roy Law Group took on the challenge. Although the former employer is a large, "powerful" corporation, that corp. inherited the disability claim and promptly attempted to cancel the claim. Roy Law Group saw to it that this company stopped the harassment, surveillance, and threats to my well-being and welfare, and after settling successfully the claim, the company will discontinue bothering me personally, spying on any and all of my activities, both private and public, and make no further assertions concerning my capabilities and disability. When our 14 year old was arrested, we had no idea what to do or where to turn. Amy was appointed to us by the county and I was nervous about that (too many bad tv shows). In our first meeting, Amy eased my anxiety and stress which was great but what impacted me most was the fact that she knew who her client was (our child, not us) and she focused her attention on the legal issues and making sure that our child understood fully what was happening. The conversations were between the two of them and she spoke in a professional way but made sure she used appropriate language that could be understood by a 14 year old. I appreciated the updates, Amy's willingness to get the job done as efficiently as possible and with the best outcome for all involved. The legal process lasted several months and I never felt that I did not know what was happening, I was confident that we had the best attorney to look after the best interests of our 14 year old and our child felt safe and comfortable with Amy. Amy Parker is currently my attorney. I have had many private and appointed attorneys in my life and I feel very comfortable with her. She presents herself well in front of the court in both appearance and professionalism. She listens to the client and offers suggestions on how to go about resolving a case. Most court appointed attorneys will try to avoid trial but she seems ready to go if the case outcome is not in our favor.

Amy is a great lawyer. I have not had to go through what I had to with my son and she was awesome keeping me updated on whats going on and making me feel that it is not a bad as it seems. This was my sons frist time and LAST we only hope. So I was not sure what to expect and she explained everything to me and left nothing out. I used Ms. Parker to help resolve a case that involved an auto rental company that was trying to charge me for damages that I didn't commit. I explained the circumstances to Ms. Parker and she immediately drew up an explanation of the case, sent it off to the creditor and my case was dismissed immediately.
